本サイトは京都大学の教職員・非常勤講師の方を対象として、 ご自身の全学メールアドレスに対し、 全学契約(全学Zoomサービス)による教育機関用Zoomライセンスを付与するものです。
Zoom全学サービスのライセンスにて利用できる機能は次のとおりとなります。
ただし、使用容量について以下ルールを設けさせていただきます。
授業の利用では１科目あたり【3GB】/ 授業外の利用では１人あたり【0.5GB】
容量を超えたご利用については、事前に警告を行った上で録画の削除などの対応を
行うことがありますのでご注意ください。
※ミーティング中にいきなり録画が止まることはありません。
なお、全学メールアドレスを利用して個人で有償契約をしている場合、もしくは複数のライセンスを持つ契約のオーナーだった場合は、契約の衝突を避けるため、予めZoomのサービス上で登録メールアドレスを全学メールアドレス以外のメールアドレスへ変更しておくようお願いいたします。
全学Zoomサービスのライセンスをご希望の方は以下の「利用申請に進む」ボタンを押してください。
ボタンを押すと京都大学への在籍確認を行います。
このステップでは、ライセンスの付与は行われません。

Kyoto University made an engagement of a Zoom service contract for educational institutions. The aim of this website is to grant a license to an All Kyoto University e-mail addresses which include “@st.kyoto-u.ac.jp” or “@kyoto-u.ac.jp”. Faculty and staff can apply for a license.
The following functions are available with Kyoto University Zoom Service.
If you have an individual paid contract using a Kyoto University e-mail address or if you are the owner of a contract with multiple licenses, please change the registered e-mail address on the Zoom service in advance to an e-mail address other than All Kyoto University e-mail address. This is a measure to avoid contract conflicts.
If you would like to apply for a license of Kyoto University Zoom Service, please press the “Proceed to application” button below.
By pressing the button, we will confirm your enrollment at Kyoto University. No license is granted in this step.
For Kyoto University Zoom Service, the latest status of available functions and various application methods will be announced on the following portal site. Please bookmark it. At present, there are many indications about security and privacy issues regarding Zoom. We will post information about it.
