Zoom全学契約ライセンス（全学メールアドレスに付与）につきまして、
4/3までのご登録者（Panda講習会、もしくは登録申請サイトを通じて登録）には暫定版をご利用頂いていましたが、
本ページの申請で正式版に切り替えていただくことが可能です。
本格利用を開始する前に、以下の手続きで切り替え処理をお願い致します。
なお、TAについてはこのページからの切替申請はできません。別途、新規申請のページを参照して申請してください。
以下のライセンスの切り替え手続きの前に、必要な記録のダウンロードを お願いします。（詳細については③をご参照ください。）
下記の「切り替え申請に進む」リンクをクリックして、全学アカウントで認証を 行った後に切り替えに同意すると、招待メールが送信されます。届いた招待 メールに従ってリクエストを承認することで、ライセンスの切り替え手続きが 完了します。
正式版への切り替え手続きにより、各アカウントでの利用できる機能は
次のとおりとなります。
Zoomライセンスの暫定版と正式版とで、PandAからの連携先が異なるため、連携 方法の切り替えをPandA上でお願いします。次の③切り替え作業後の対応についてを確認した後、PandAにログインし、 「サイト情報」→「ツールを編集」→「プラグインツール」をクリックし、 「Zoom (KU License)」を選択して追加してください。 Zoomライセンスの切替完了後に、「Zoom (KU License)」をクリックしてエラー等が 表示されなければ切り替え手続きは完了です。 一方、これまで暫定版への連携で利用頂いていた「Zoom」（「Zoom (OLD)」に 名称変更済み）については、「サイト情報」→「ツールを編集」をクリックして、 削除をお願いします。
【注意】この切り替えでは、PandA上ですでに予約済みのミーティングルーム情報は引き継がれません．申しわけありませんが、ミーティングルームの再予約をお願い致します。また、重要なクラウド記録がある場合には、念の為ライセンスの切替前にダウンロードをお願いします．
ボタンを押すと京都大学への在籍確認を行います。
このステップでは、まだライセンスの切り替えは行われません。
Zoom Kyoto University Site License (Zoom KU License) is a license assigned to All-University Mail (KUMail/KUMOI) addresses. The version of the licenses which users got before 3 Apr is interim one, but now the official version is ready so you can switch the license to the official one on this site.
Click the link named "Go to Application", then the authentication message with SPS-ID/ECS-ID will appear. If you pass it, a confirmation message will be shown, so please agree with it. After that, zoom.us sends you an invitation mail to you, so follow the instructions on the mail message. Accepting the request on it, the application for the license switch has been completed.
You can use the following Zoom functionality by switching your current
interim version to the official version:
Interim version and official one differ about the integration position on PandA. Please renew the integration settings on PandA. After checking the next step (3), sign in to PandA and select 'Site Info' => 'Edit Tools' => 'Plugin Tools' => 'Zoom(KU License)'. After switching the license, if there's no error when clicking 'Zoom (KU license)', it's OK. On the other hand, as to the 'Zoom' menu (now renamed to Zoom(OLD)) integrated to the interim version, please remove it from 'Edit Tools' => 'Plugin Tools'.
Click the link named "Go to Application" if you hope to switch the license now.
If you click the link, the authentication with ECS-ID/SPS-ID will run. Switching the license won't proceed on this step.
(Note) Currently we're updating this system and part-time lecturer can't apply for the switch. Part-time lecturers will be able to apply from 3:00pm on 7 Apr.
